How it works
How it works
Five steps from request to completion. The two sides talk directly by email.
- Post a jobCreate a free account, write what you need in any order, and AI turns it into a project ticket. Once sent, it is on the work list right away.
- Applications arriveWhen someone applies, you receive their name, profile and message by email and on your page (email addresses are not shared).
- Choose from the applicantsChoose freely. When you press "Ask this person", they receive your company name and a link to the deal page, where you talk through messages.
- Trial and main contractAsk for a small task from ¥2,000 (optional). The main contract is directly with the person; we hold the payment before work starts.
- DoneOnce you confirm the result, we deduct our fee and pay the contractor's bank account in Japan.
