Yes. Write what you need in any order and AI turns it into a project ticket you can edit before sending.

Your request goes on the work list right away. When someone applies, we send you their name, profile and message by email and on your page (email addresses are not shared).

Requests, tickets, listing and applications are free. A trial is a fee you set (from ¥2,000); for the main contract we hold the payment before work starts. No client fee.

Do not write confidential information in the request. Real data goes directly between the two sides after signing.

You choose freely from the applicants, using their profile and message. Press "Ask this person" to go ahead.

Yes. There is no minimum amount.

Before the main contract, ask for a small task at a fee you set (from ¥2,000). You can also skip it. Within 7 days of submission, choose to go on or to end it.

Before work starts, the full amount is refunded (the contractor may claim preparation costs within 7 days). After it starts, it ends 7 days after notice and you pay for the days worked.

By invoice and bank transfer. We hold the payment before work starts and release it after completion is confirmed.

Yes: a printable one-page summary.

You set it, from ¥2,000 with no upper limit. Our fee is tiered: on JPY 2,000 it is 20% (JPY 400), so the contractor receives JPY 1,600. We never fund it ourselves.

A small part of the main work.

It ends automatically and the trial fee goes to the contractor.

Only if the task does not meet the stated conditions or is not delivered by the deadline, through a claim.

No. Registering and applying are free.

After completion is confirmed, request a withdrawal under Withdraw on My page: requests up to the 15th are paid at the end of the month, and requests up to the end of the month are paid on the 15th of the next month (to your bank account in Japan, from ¥1,000; we pay the transfer fee). Pay not requested within 180 days of confirming completion can no longer be withdrawn. We hold the payment before work starts.

Apply from the work list. The company chooses from the applicants, and we email you if you are chosen.

Yes. It is contract work and not exclusive. Check your employer's rules yourself.

Yes: work that breaks the law, infringes other people's rights or personal information, takes exams for others, or is not a service contract. See Work we cannot take for examples.

Yes. Whether to use AI is part of how the work is done, and the worker decides. If a company does not want AI used, or has data that must not go into AI, it should write that as a condition on the project ticket. See the AI policy.

Your name, profile (track record, introduction, URL, categories) and message go only to the company that posted the job. Your email address does not. Messages are exchanged on the deal page after you are chosen. See the Privacy Policy.
