9Revision history

DateWhat changed
2026-10-16 (version 18)The Japanese version was revised: we no longer pass a client's or a worker's email address to the other side of a deal. The two sides talk through messages on the trade page, and our notices go to each person only. The Japanese version prevails.
2026-10-15 (version 17)The Japanese version was revised for messages and files on the trade page (what we keep, who can see it: only the two sides of the deal and us, files deleted 90 days after the deal ends, message text sent to our AI provider for translation). The Japanese version prevails.
2026-10-14 (version 16)The Japanese version was revised (order sheets, result photos kept 180 days, order sheets made without signing up, third-party details written on an order sheet, card payments through Stripe, the re-opening notice list, and work addresses published on the internet that we send task notices to: what we take, what for, how to refuse and how long we keep it). The Japanese version prevails.
2026-10-08 (version 15)For the AI-agent API, “Active” (urgent tasks) and licence registration, we added what we collect (Active on/off times and urgent-task records; licence type, number and association; agent keys, drafts, automation settings and webhook addresses), and two recipients: AI agents used by member companies (public profile items of members who chose to publish, skill-check results by field, counts of completed work; never names or contact details) and webhook addresses registered by companies. Existing members are not asked to agree again, as these features are opt-in.
2026-09-24 (version 7)Changed “We never publish a list of people” to “Only if you agree, we show your fields, skills and introduction (never your name or contact details) on our talent list”, because the entrance for companies is now the talent list
2026-09-17 (version 4)To start in a minimal form, messaging on the site, tasks and scores, and card payments were not offered at that time. We changed how a client receives your details from “shown only to” and “Your email address is never shown; you talk through messages on this site” to sending them in our introduction email (including your email and introduction), after which the two sides talk by email and we do not relay messages. We added that contractors receive the client's company name, email and project ticket, that we collect a request's requirements and project ticket, how long we keep introduction records, and why our AI provider receives a request's requirements (to make the project ticket). Text about task scores, message text, card payments and My page is struck through rather than deleted
2026-09-17 (version 3)Added “Provision to third parties in foreign countries” after section 3 (recipients, countries, what we give, their safeguards, and where to check each country's system)
2026-09-17 (version 2)Changed who sees your profile from “shown as a candidate to clients whose request matches your fields” to “shown only to a client whose request we judge you fit”, and named task scores as part of it (no list is published). Changed the purposes “to match work with people” and “emailing matching work” to choosing people for a request and emailing announcements. Changed “interview video or audio” to “video or audio recordings of you”
2026-09-17Moved “what we never collect” to the top. Removed “dates, hours” from what we collect from people working (hours are not recorded)
2026-09-17Replaced “deleted three years after we last heard from you” with a table by type (until you leave / 7 years / 1 year / 0 days)
2026-09-17Added where data is stored (Japan), named recipients, what we do if data leaks, and two purposes (checks, work alerts)

Last revised: 16 October 2026 (version 19)
