AI is a tool to get work done faster and more reliably. It does not replace human judgement.
What we send to the AI provider is not used to train AI.
The company chooses who to ask from the applicants.

Our AI provider is Anthropic, PBC (United States). We use it under contract terms that do not allow what we send to be used for training (Privacy Policy).
2What we do not let AI do
- No deciding who is askedThe company chooses who to ask from the applicants. Neither we nor AI choose.
- No filtering out applicantsApplicants reach the company in the order they applied. We do not reorder or drop them with AI.
- No rating and selling peopleWe do not build and sell ratings or predictions of people from their profiles or applications.
3For workers
- You decide whether to use AIThe worker decides how to do the work, and whether to use AI is part of that.
- Follow the conditions on the project ticketIf the ticket or an email says not to use AI, or to use only a certain AI, please follow it.
- Do not put secrets into AIDo not put confidential information from the company into outside AI beyond what the company allows. Our Terms prohibit disclosing secrets you learn.
- Check the output before you deliverCheck AI output yourself before you deliver it. You are responsible for the quality of the deliverable, whether or not you used AI.
4For companies
- Write AI conditions up frontIf you do not want AI used, or have data that must not go into AI, write that as a condition on the project ticket.
- Do not write confidential details in the requestA description without the company or product name is fine. Real data is passed directly between the two sides after the contract.
- Judge by the deliverableWhat you set is the deliverable and the deadline. Please do not later object to ways of working that were not in the conditions.
