Each step is shown from both the company side and the worker side.
The contract is made directly between the company and the worker, and we hold the pay before work starts.

18 steps from sign-up to payment

Step	Company	Worker
1 Sign-up	Enter your email address and we send a confirmation email. Continue from there. It is free.	The same. When you finish signing up, enter your basic details, more details and categories (your fields). It is free.
2 Post the work	Write what you need in any order and AI turns it into a project ticket (tasks, deliverables, skills, working period, pay (monthly), payment date). Edit and send it, and it goes on the work list.	—
3 Apply	When someone applies, we email you. You can see the applicant's name, profile and message on My page (email addresses are not shared either way).	Find work on the work list and apply. The message is optional. You can apply once per job.
4 Choose	Choose freely from the applicants. When you press "Ask this person", they receive your company name and the deal page.	If you are chosen, we email you the company name and a link to the deal page. Details are discussed in the messages on the deal page.
5 Trial (optional)	Before the main contract you can ask for a small task as a trial. The company sets the amount, from ¥2,000. You can also skip it and go to the main contract. Within 7 days of submission, you choose to go to the main contract or to end it.	You are free to accept or decline. Whether or not it is a fit, you receive the trial amount minus the fee.
6 Main contract	You make a service contract directly with the other side. The pay is held by us before work starts (invoice and bank transfer).	You contract directly with the company. Only the deliverable and the deadline are set; you decide how, when and where to work.
7 Delivery	You check the deliverable and mark it complete. If there is no objection 7 days after submission, it is approved automatically.	You submit the deliverable.
8 Payment	There is nothing to pay other than the amount you put in.	Request a withdrawal on My page and the amount minus the fee is paid: requests up to the 15th are paid at the end of the month, and requests up to the end of the month are paid on the 15th of the next month (to a bank account in Japan, from ¥1,000).

2When there is a problem

If there is a disagreementFirst the two sides talk, and the payout is paused meanwhile. If they cannot agree within 7 days, we decide what happens to the held pay (pay it, refund it, or pay by the day). There is no cost.
Ending earlyCancelling before work starts refunds the full amount (the worker may claim preparation costs within 7 days). After work starts, it ends 7 days after notice, and the work done is paid by the day.
Trial refundsRefunds are made only when the task does not meet the conditions or nothing is submitted by the deadline, and a claim is accepted. We do not refund only because the result is not to someone's taste.

3How workers are paid

Bank transfer in JapanWe pay into an account in your name.
When you request a withdrawalAfter completion, request it under Withdraw on My page: requests up to the 15th are paid at the end of the month, and requests up to the end of the month are paid on the 15th of the next month (from ¥1,000). We hold the payment before work starts, so you are paid once the work is complete.

Tiered fee (20% on the first ¥50,000, 10% up to ¥500,000, 5% above). We pay the transfer cost.
