About 3,000 invoice PDFs a month arrive in roughly 40 layouts. Build a system that reads 10 fields (date, amount, supplier and so on) and writes a CSV our accounting software can import.
Today two people do this by hand, about 40 hours a month. We expect you to use generative AI (we pay the API costs).
